Tony has acted for Law Cover as part of their prestigious legal panel and has significant experience in professional negligence matters against lawyers, accountants and other professionals.
He also has experience representing liquidators including insolvency appointments arising from the building and construction industry.
Tony regularly advises clients in relation to contractual claims, trade practices, torts, negligence, debt recovery and insolvency appointments.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Australian National University and a Bachelor of Laws/Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Newcastle. Tony has also completed the ARITA Insolvency Education Program obtaining an Advanced Certificate in Insolvency.
Tony is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and of the High Court of Australia.
