Mitchell predominantly works with employers and employees to make and understand complying Employment Contracts, develop workplace specific Workplace Policies and to bring or defend unfair dismissal, underpayment and general protections claims in the Fair Work Commission.
Mitchell is a member of our Workplace and Business & Company Law divisions.
Mitchell predominantly assists both employers and employees to resolve workplace disputes.
Mitchell also assists SMEs to proactively identify legal issues and develop risk management strategies by providing timely advice in relation to a range of commercial matters including compliance with Corporations Laws and directors duties, advice in relation to business structures and restructuring, preparation of Shareholders Agreements and Partnership Agreements, protection of Intellectual Property, preparation of standard form contracting solutions and Terms & Conditions of Trade and debt collection.
Before joining Roberts Legal, Mitchell worked with a national law firm in Sydney.

Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Diploma of Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Commerce. Mitchell has been admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Mitchell enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
