Haydon represents employers and employees in relation to Employment Agreements, Awards, performance management, terminations and redundancies. He regularly appears in the Fair Work Commission in relation to unfair dismissal and general protections claims under the Fair Work Act.
Haydon joined Roberts Legal in 2019 and practices as a member of the Commercial Law and Employment Law Teams, alongside Sam Roberts, Managing Director, and Jeremey Kennedy, Special Counsel.
Haydon graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2018 with a Bachelor of Laws/Diploma of Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Commerce. He was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in February 2019 and the High Court of Australia in October 2019.
Haydon has a strong work ethic and commitment to his practice. He has a particular interest in Employment Law, Intellectual Property Law, Insolvency Law and Commercial Litigation.

Haydon holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) with Honours Class II Division 1, a Diploma of Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours). Haydon was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in February 2019.
Haydon enjoys spending his spare time on the golf course and watching his favourite teams the Sydney Swans and Newcastle Knights play. Haydon also enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends outside of his sporting interests.
