Sam Roberts was born and raised in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2001. Shortly after commencing his career he began to practice predominantly in the areas of Commerical Law and Litigation and in 2005 began to take a particular interest in the security of payment laws in the building and construction industry.
